This policy explains what information Kay Switchgears (India) Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It applies to kayswitchgears.com and does not apply to third party sites we may link to.

Information we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, product interest and message. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts or third party advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

Information submitted through the enquiry form is used solely to respond to your enquiry: to review your requirement, prepare a quotation, and correspond with you about it. It is not used for unrelated marketing and is not sold, rented or shared with third parties, except where required to provide the service you requested (for example, a courier partner for a shipment) or where required by law.

Where it is stored

Enquiry submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to authorised personnel who need it to respond to enquiries and manage orders.

Retention

We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain business records, and delete or anonymise them on request where we are not required to retain them for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by writing to info@kayswitchgears.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
