CE Marking
Applicable ranges carry CE marking, confirming conformity with the relevant European health, safety and environmental protection requirements.
IEC 61439 and IEC 62208
Compartmentalised and empty enclosure ranges are built to the low voltage switchgear and controlgear assembly standards, with Form 2b to Form 4b construction available.
IP54 to IP66
Ingress protection is tested per range and stated on the datasheet for every product, not assumed from the material alone.

Your drawing is the specification
Layout, cut outs, gland plates and mounting depth come from your approved drawing, not a stock size that almost fits. Nothing is cut before it is signed off.
Programmed, not set by hand
Every bend and cut runs from a stored programme, so unit 200 measures the same as unit 1. First article inspection reports are available on request.
Seven tanks before any paint
Panels run a full seven tank phosphating line before any powder coat. Chipping inside a season is almost always a pre treatment failure, not a paint one.

How to verify a claim
Ask for the certificate number and check it directly on the certifying body's website. A legitimate ISO 9001:2015 certificate carries an expiry date, a defined scope and a registration number that resolves independently of anything we tell you. If a manufacturer cannot produce that within a day, treat the claim with scepticism. Write to info@kayswitchgears.com and we will send ours.
