Requirement & Drawing Review
Customer shares panel drawing or requirement. Layout, dimensions, and component placement are reviewed before planning.

Design & CNC Programming
Based on the drawing, CNC programs are prepared to define cutting accuracy and enclosure structure.

Laser Cutting
Sheet metal is cut precisely as per design specifications to form enclosure panels and components.

Bending & Forming
Cut parts are shaped using press brake machines to achieve the required enclosure structure.

Fabrication & Assembly
Components are welded and assembled, including mounting plates, doors, and structural parts.
- 06
Finishing & Final Inspection
Grinding, surface finishing, and quality checks are completed to ensure proper fit and readiness for installation.
